What an awesome beginning to a wonderful summer. It all starting with a quick but fun visit with Ange, Brian, Ivan, Dominique and Emora. We went to the Forestry Farm, Kinsmen Park, Canada Day Celebrations, Jazz Fest, Beaver Creek...we even contemplated taking the canoes out to Diefenbaker Lake--drove there but it was too windy. All in all it was a great time and we met up with more cousins (Addy) and a second cousin (Aysia as well as my first cousin Corey.) On our flight to Ontario we saw some of my former students who were traveling too! Starting to feel old...
Then we got to see more family! Yeah! Jack, (and Jim and Susan of course.) We also got to visit Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Wallace as well as John's cousins and more of Imogen's second cousins, (Paige, Wyatt and Logan) in Tweed. We went to a kid friendly farm outside of Richmond as well as the Museum of Natural History in Ottawa. Good times were had.
